Analytics & Insight Executive required to join a growing vibrant team

We are currently looking for a driven and motivated individual to join our vibrant and fun team as an Analytics & Insights Executive to support on analysis of client media campaigns, as well as supporting on performance monitoring, research, and reporting. The role reports into the Head of Analytics & Insight.

You will be working with the Head of Analytics & Insight with the analysis of media campaigns, reporting of campaigns, developing insights of media activity (digital and traditional), and wider market data, trends, and research. Your job will be to build knowledge and actionable insights on client accounts.

We’re looking for someone with knowledge and experience of media & advertising, and who is analytically driven.

The position is based in Stratford-upon-Avon, but with flexible/remote working policies in place (2 days minimum in the office).

Responsibility

  • Collecting data across clients and campaigns
  • Analysis of data sets to find insights, opportunities, weaknesses, and trends
  • Market and competitor research
  • Monitoring campaign performance for clients against KPIs

Skills & Experience

  • Understanding of advertising/media (digital and offline)
  • Ability to look at Macro & Micro data points, from external market factors (such as consumer confidence, inflation), client data (brand tracking) and campaign reporting to build a 360 view
  • Google Analytics experience, including GA4
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and SQL queries would be beneficial
  • Experiencing with client reporting and dashboards
  • Data visualisation/presentation skills
  • Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets experience, and with using advanced formulas
  • Experience with different marketing data sets (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, SEO tools, etc.)
  • Experience of data automation would be beneficial, but not required (e.g. Supermetrics, Ad Verity, Data Warehousing queries)
  • Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to develop and convey insights and narratives from data
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Personable and able to form positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Confident in delivering information and deliverables
  • Some understanding of the marketing and advertising/media funnel
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast-paced marketing agency
