We’re looking for a PPC Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our PPC team, based in Stratford-upon-Avon, where you will be responsible for the strategies, planning, and implementation of all paid search (PPC) campaigns.

Having a clear understanding of the digital ecosystem that our clients operate within and how customer data can be leveraged to connect audiences with our client’s key objectives whilst maintaining ROI is essential. Requires strong commercial acumen, leadership, and communication skills, as well as a responsibility to protect, grow and generate new income streams for tmwi.

Reporting into the Director of Digital Activation, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ year’s paid search (PPC) media experience, great communication skills, as well as a willingness to learn and progress within our growing business.

Business Responsibilities

  • Implementation of the agreed strategy working with a clear and defined set of KPIs.
  • Manage day-to-day PPC activity and overseeing the performance of accounts with your team – campaign set up, bid strategies, ad copy and daily optimisations.
  • Manage the platform’s daily budgets, billing reconciliation and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired return (CPA/ CPL)
  • Campaign reporting, including written commentary and insights for clients, as well as client meeting presentations.
  • Supporting the wider team with planning, reporting, research and implementation.
  • Confident in client facing account management, including calls, meetings and emails.
  • Develop and refine processes within the paid media team, ensuring these are robust and integrate media channel across the agency for a full holistic approach.
  • Maintain high awareness of the industry offerings and actively testing new initiatives.
  • Managing client’s expectations and keeping them up to date at each stage of the campaign.
  • Supporting the new business team with research, planning and pitches

  • To work integrated across the agency teams, ensuring that all internal teams work well together
  • Share the great work you do with the rest of the team and wider agency
  • Comply with the PDP process and continued growth of team members

Skills & Experience

  • At least 3+ years’ experience in a similar PPC role, with a proven track record of delivering against KPIs
  • Experience across Google & MS Ads
  • Google Ads certification preferable
  • Proficient in Google Analytics
  • Understanding of scripts/tags and Google Tag Manager would be beneficial
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and progress within a fast-paced marketing agency
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
  • Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to leverage data, analytics and consumer behaviour trends in order to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Understanding of wider digital marketing and the impact this has on paid media strategies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, both with clients and internally
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office/ Google (primarily Excel and PowerPoint)
